Trinity is a faith-community dedicated to ministry and mission, “a small church with a BIG mission” as some of our members like to say. We support local agencies and mission activities, including:
Our members volunteer their time and talents to the work of these organizations; some of our members serve on their governing boards.
Our congregation also supports mission activities that reach well beyond our community. The Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) supports diverse mission work throughout the U.S. and around the world. Several Trinity members have participated in mission teams – led by members of the Presbytery of Northern Kansas – to provide disaster assistance in Louisiana, Texas, Iowa and to communities here in Kansas. There are always new opportunities for those interested in mission work to share their gifts and God’s love as they use their hands, hearts, and minds. We also support these Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) mission projects and activities:
Trinity also supports Heifer International, CROP Walk, and Help Us Learn—Give Us Hope, an outreach project to school children in Afghanistan that is coordinated by the Military Officers’ Association of America.
The Trinity Community Preschool offers classes for three and four-year old five days a week with skilled caring Christian and college-educated teachers. For more information see our brochure ().
